As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in:

- Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting sophisticated software services. - Building robust Java and Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, and Kafka-based event-driven integrations. - Applying object-oriented design principles, SOLID patterns, and secure coding practices. - Creating comprehensive unit, component, and integration tests, while actively participating in code reviews. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex application, data, messaging, and performance issues. - Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, observability, operational readiness, and automation efforts. - Collaborating effectively with product, architecture, testing, operations, and other engineering teams.

We are seeking candidates with:

- Proven hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development. - Practical experience with microservices, REST APIs, Kafka or similar messaging platforms, and event-driven architectures. - Solid understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases, Git, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native platforms. - Knowledge of designing secure, scalable, resilient, and observable software systems. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience working within Agile methodologies and across the full software development lifecycle. - Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in using AI-assisted engineering tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude CLI to enhance engineering efficiency is mandatory.
