The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with at least two years of software development experience. A year of experience is sufficient if you hold an advanced degree. Experience in building software for data privacy or security, such as identity and access management, is also required (minimum 2 years). A Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, along with two years of experience in data structures and algorithms. Experience developing accessible technologies is a plus.
