As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in writing and maintaining high-quality product and system development code. You will actively participate in and lead design reviews, making informed decisions about technology choices.

Your role involves reviewing code from peers, providing constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices, and identifying areas for improvement in accuracy, testability, and efficiency. You will also contribute to and update documentation, adapting content based on product updates and user feedback. Troubleshooting and resolving product or system issues through in-depth analysis of their root causes and impact on operations will be a key part of your duties.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with a minimum of 2 years in JAVA software development. Alternatively, candidates with an advanced degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. Experience with data structures and algorithms is highly valued, along with a background in developing accessible technologies. The hiring process may involve in-person interviews.
