Develop and write production-ready code for software products and systems. Engage in design reviews with peers and stakeholders, evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies. Conduct thorough code reviews for other developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in style, accuracy, testability, and efficiency. Enhance existing documentation and educational materials, adapting them based on product updates and user feedback. Analyze, debug, and resolve product or system issues, identifying root causes and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential. Possess at least two years of programming experience in C++, Java, Go, or Python. Alternatively, one year of experience is acceptable with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. Demonstrate two years of experience in building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks. Experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture is also valued.
Two years of experience with data structures and algorithms, whether in an academic or industry context, is beneficial. Experience developing accessible technologies is also a plus.
