As a Software Engineer III, you will write and develop product or system code. You will actively participate in and lead design reviews, collaborating with peers and stakeholders to select optimal technologies. Engaging in code reviews for other developers is essential, providing constructive feedback to uphold best practices, including style guidelines, code checking, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.

You will contribute to and update existing documentation and educational content, adapting materials based on product advancements and user feedback. A key part of the role involves triaging product or system issues, debugging, tracking, and resolving them by analyzing root causes and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Candidates should have at least 2 years of programming experience in C++, Java, Go, or Python, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

We prefer candidates with a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields. Experience in building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks is highly valued, along with expertise in compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture. A minimum of 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms, either academically or professionally, is also desirable, as is experience in developing accessible technologies.
