You will also contribute to and refine existing documentation and educational content, adapting it to reflect product updates and user feedback. A key part of the role involves triaging and resolving product or system issues by performing in-depth analysis of their root causes and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least two years of programming experience in languages such as Java, C++, Python, C#, or Go. Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript is also required, with a minimum of two years of experience.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
