The Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Finance team is pivotal in enabling Google Cloud's expansion. Develop high-quality product or system code. Participate in and lead design reviews, making informed decisions on technology choices. Review code from peers, providing constructive feedback to uphold best practices in style, accuracy, testability, and efficiency. Contribute to and update product documentation and educational materials based on program updates and user feedback. Triage and debug product or system issues, analyzing root causes and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Minimum of 2 years in software development using languages like Java, Python, Golang, or C++, or 1 year with an advanced degree. 2 years of experience in full stack development, encompassing back-end technologies (Java, Python, Golang, C++) and front-end expertise (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Additional experience with data structures and algorithms is beneficial.
Experience developing accessible technologies is a plus.
