A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of software development experience in languages like Java, Python, Golang, or C++, coupled with 2 years of full-stack development experience involving front-end technologies such as JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Alternatively, 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in a relevant field is acceptable. A solid foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design, is essential. Experience with accessible technologies is a plus.
