A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of software development experience in programming languages. Candidates with an advanced degree need at least 1 year of experience.

Proven experience with full-stack development is crucial, covering both back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Golang, C++) and front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with 2 years of experience in data structures, algorithms, and software design. Experience developing accessible technologies is also a plus.
