Join Google's innovative team as a Software Engineer III, contributing to the Fitbit Subscriptions Experience. You will help shape the future of fitness and health through AI coaching, leveraging advanced Large Language Model technology and smart tracker data.

This role focuses on developing an intelligent, personalized, and motivating experience for users, integrating seamlessly from backend systems to frontend interactions. You will be part of the Platforms and Devices team, enhancing user interaction with computing and building groundbreaking experiences worldwide.

Architect, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance iOS functionalities that enhance discovery and engagement with Fitbit Premium features.

Identify areas for product improvement, propose architectural enhancements for scalability, and suggest new features to boost user value. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements, finalize API specifications, and ensure smooth integration of mobile features.

Implement effective mobile solutions to showcase the benefits of Premium features. Analyze A/B tests, feature rollouts, and user data to drive subscription growth. Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design and implementation through testing, deployment, and ongoing operational maintenance.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in iOS application development, with a strong command of Swift and iOS development best practices.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with 2 years of experience in data structures and algorithms. Experience in developing accessible technologies is also a plus.
