Develop and implement robust product or system code, driving innovation in AI/ML areas. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders through thorough design and code reviews, upholding best practices for accuracy, testability, and efficiency.

Address and resolve product or system issues by analyzing root causes and their impact on operations and quality. Contribute to documentation, adapting content based on product updates and user feedback.

Implement specialized ML solutions, leveraging ML infrastructure, and actively participating in model optimization and data processing pipelines.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. We seek candidates with a minimum of 2 years in software development using programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

Candidates should also have 1 year of experience in areas such as Speech/Audio technology, Reinforcement Learning, ML Infrastructure, or other ML specializations. Additionally, 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging, is essential.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with 2 years of experience in data structures and algorithms, and experience developing accessible technologies.
