Develop robust product and system code, ensuring adherence to best practices through collaborative design and code reviews.

Effectively triage and debug product or system issues by analyzing root causes and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations.

Implement advanced solutions in specialized ML areas, leveraging ML infrastructure, and actively participating in model optimization and data processing.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least two years of software development experience in one or more programming languages. Alternatively, one year of experience combined with an advanced degree is acceptable.

Demonstrate one year of experience in areas such as Speech/Audio technology, Reinforcement Learning, ML infrastructure, or a specialized ML field. Additionally, one year of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging, is essential.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with two years of experience in data structures and algorithms and experience developing accessible technologies.
