As a Software Engineer III, you will be instrumental in developing product and system code, adhering to best practices through collaborative design and code reviews. You will contribute to documentation, adapt content based on product updates, and resolve system issues by analyzing root causes and their impact.

This role involves implementing solutions within specialized ML domains, leveraging ML infrastructure, and actively participating in model optimization and data processing efforts to enhance our AI capabilities.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with at least 2 years of software development experience in a programming language. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required in one or more of the following: Speech/audio technologies, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or a specialized ML field. Prior experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging, is also necessary.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with 2 years of experience in data structures and algorithms. Experience in developing accessible technologies or designing/building LLM agentic harnesses and tool-use systems is highly advantageous.
