This role focuses on core payment functionalities, including Authorization, Clearing, and Debit. You will be instrumental in developing and analyzing innovative solutions for our Core Payments teams. Proficiency in key mainframe technologies is essential for this position.

Design and develop high-performance software solutions that precisely meet business requirements.

Maintain and present critical project-related metrics for management review.

Serve as a Technical Lead, proposing effective solutions and guiding the team.

Lead initiatives focused on automation, defect metrics, and overall quality enhancement.

Manage coordination between geographically dispersed teams to ensure project success.

A solid background in both batch and online development is required.

Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices is essential.

Exposure to Java/J2EE and Spring Boot is considered a significant advantage.

Demonstrated involvement and leadership in quality initiatives.

Possess a results-oriented mindset with a focus on automation and code quality.

Excellent communication skills are crucial.
