This role focuses on Core Payments functionalities, including Authorization, Clearing, and Debit processing. You will analyze and develop cutting-edge solutions within our Core Payments teams, leveraging your expertise in mainframe technologies.

Design and develop high-performance software solutions that align with business requirements.

Maintain and present project-related metrics for management review, acting as a Technical Lead to propose effective solutions.

Lead initiatives focused on automation, defect metrics, and overall quality improvements. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams across various locations to ensure project success.

Possess hands-on experience in software development, specifically with Microfocus COBOL, DB2 LUW, and TWS scheduler.

Experience in both batch and online development is essential, along with practical application of CI/CD principles.

Demonstrated understanding of payment and cards industry practices. Ability to act as a technical Subject Matter Expert and guide junior talent. Strong communication skills and a result-oriented approach with experience in automation and code quality are crucial.
