Collaborate closely with design and product management leaders to define and execute the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Spearhead significant initiatives, including architectural enhancements, streamlining hiring processes, and improving engineering efficiency. You will also lead post-mortem processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Provide essential technical leadership and drive development efforts within a fast-paced startup environment for a broadly scoped engineering team.
