As a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for writing and reviewing high-quality product and system development code, adhering to best practices for style, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.

You will work on impactful security products that serve Google Cloud Platform users. This involves designing, implementing, and deploying complex features that require a solid understanding of both back-end and front-end systems.

Effective collaboration is key; you will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management (PM), Program Management (PGM), and User Experience (UX), as well as engineers across different global sites.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, bringing at least 1 year of hands-on experience with data structures, algorithms, and front-end/UI development.

A strong command of JavaScript and Angular is essential, along with demonstrable experience in GraphQL.

Candidates with a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, and 2 years of programming experience in JavaScript alongside Java or Python, will find the preferred qualifications align well with this role. Experience in developing accessible technologies is also highly valued.
