The Mastercard Foundry R&D team is seeking an innovative Software Engineer to join our journey of discovery and learning. This role is dedicated to exploring and applying new skills and technologies to build highly scalable products, contributing to the future of payment innovation.

As an individual contributor, you will focus on high-quality software development to ensure scalable product delivery. Your responsibilities include discovering and implementing cutting-edge technologies for payment innovation, collaborating effectively within your team and with product teams to achieve project goals, and contributing fresh ideas to maintain a robust innovation pipeline.

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with excellent written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate can work effectively within a team and collaborate across diverse geographical locations. Demonstrable experience in developing scalable products, with a solid understanding of best design and development practices, is essential. You should be capable of developing and testing software independently and possess full-stack experience with knowledge of key backend and frontend technologies (web, mobile, etc.). A commitment to information security, including adherence to policies and reporting security concerns, is also expected.
