As a Software Development Engineer II within the BE&O team, you will contribute to full-stack, data-intensive applications that support sophisticated business experimentation and decision-making for global organizations.

Key responsibilities include: - Designing, building, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications across frontend, backend, APIs, and data-processing layers, utilizing technologies like Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript, and React. - Developing and optimizing data-intensive applications with platforms such as Databricks and Spark for efficient data processing and serving. - Contributing to system architecture and design, ensuring solutions align with engineering best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, emphasizing strong testing and code review practices. - Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks across services, APIs, data workloads, and user experience. - Building features that enable data-driven decision-making for clients through analytics and experimentation. - Collaborating with Product, Data Engineering, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented engineering culture. - Continuously learning and driving enhancements in quality, scalability, and developer productivity.
