As a Software Engineer II, you will be instrumental in understanding business and functional requirements, meticulously crafting test cases, and preparing comprehensive test data. You will be responsible for executing tests, diligently tracking defects, and ensuring their resolution.

Key responsibilities include escalating issues and risks to leads, maintaining up-to-date test artifacts in our central repository, and fostering strong collaborative relationships with project teams and peers. You will also provide essential technical guidance, particularly concerning automation and non-functional testing aspects.

We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in software testing, including hands-on expertise in automation testing tools such as QTP or Selenium. Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python is highly advantageous.

Essential knowledge includes the software testing life cycle, encompassing test planning, design, execution, defect management, and reporting. Proven experience with functional, regression, system, and UAT testing is required, along with excellent defect finding, debugging, and root cause analysis capabilities. Strong communication and team handling skills are paramount. Any prior experience with TDD or BDD methodologies will be considered a significant plus.
