Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable cloud-based applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications. Ensure solutions adhere to architectural standards, security guidelines, and best engineering practices.

Drive the adoption of AI technologies across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), utilizing prompt engineering, generative AI, and AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, testing, and operational efficiency. We are seeking experienced Software Engineers with 4-6 years of professional development experience. Proficiency in Java (version 8 or higher) and Spring Boot frameworks is essential. A strong understanding of Azure cloud, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and DevOps methodologies is required.

Solid experience with both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases, along with strong SQL, data modeling skills, and experience with databases like Oracle or Postgres. Familiarity with modern AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude is crucial for prompt engineering, code generation, and design acceleration.

Basic knowledge of application security principles and cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and test automation frameworks (JUnit, Mockito). Experience with TDD and BDD practices is expected.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline is required. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with global, cross-functional teams are paramount.
