Key responsibilities include developing and unit testing C++ and Java code, ensuring high code coverage and adherence to best practices. You will contribute to quality gating and automation strategies, monitor application performance and scalability, and develop test plans with independent test data generation. This role also involves participating in project reviews, raising process improvement opportunities, and designing automated testing solutions for user journeys. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to junior team members and may manage smaller initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with strong C++ and Java programming skills, along with extensive experience in advanced code development, quality review software development, and automation frameworks. A solid understanding of payment domain knowledge and programming tools, architecture patterns, and BDD is essential. Proven experience in developing high-quality test strategies, executing tests, and recognizing test environment preparation needs is required. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, unit and integration testing, and data virtualization tools is also expected. Excellent communication skills to articulate application-level directions across departments are necessary.
