Engineer and maintain high-performance, secure, and robust customer-centric solutions. Ship significant features and improvements independently, requiring minimal guidance. Collaborate with team members on larger projects and solve complex technical challenges. Translate high-level business needs into software designs and communicate them effectively to the team. Provide constructive feedback on code, features, architecture, and designs. Drive code quality and testing standards. Shape the technical roadmap and architecture for the team. Mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth and autonomy. Serve as the technical lead for your pod or team, driving major initiatives. Engage with business and technical leadership to strategize revenue growth and scalability.

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification. Have a minimum of 3 years of professional programming experience. Demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment. Preferred experience with our technology stack: Python, Django, React, MongoDB, AWS, and GoLang. Thrive in ambiguous environments by identifying opportunities and pursuing them proactively. Exhibit an infectious passion for solving real customer pain points. Experience in building scalable distributed systems is crucial. Proven experience in developing critical platform components that enable rapid product scaling. Bonus points for experience in marketplace platforms.
