Design and implement robust, scalable backend services utilizing Python and Golang to support sophisticated enterprise data models and product requirements.

Develop and maintain systems operating at scale, gaining exposure to distributed systems challenges and technologies such as Kafka, Flink, and AWS.

Contribute to frontend development by writing high-quality React and React Native code, creating intuitive and performant UI components for end-to-end features.

Own significant product initiatives, from initial problem definition through successful implementation, helping to shape technical designs for new "App Studio" capabilities.

Produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, actively participating in code reviews and upholding high engineering standards across both backend and frontend development.

Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record in building production-grade systems.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in developing scalable backend services, with a preference for experience in Python, Django, Golang, MongoDB, and AWS.

Be adept at writing and deploying production code in React and React Native, understanding component lifecycles, state management, and mobile development considerations for seamless UI integration.

Exhibit the ability to design scalable and reliable systems, thoughtfully considering trade-offs in consistency, performance, and fault tolerance.

Have a history of independently driving projects, navigating ambiguity, and consistently delivering high-quality results, alongside excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
