Deliver robust software solutions through hands-on development. Collaborate with technical leads on project design and implementation tasks. Provide expert support for production issues, acting as a subject matter expert to resolve incidents and problems.

Plan, design, and develop innovative technical solutions that align with business needs and adhere to Mastercard's high standards, processes, and best practices. Lead daily system development and maintenance activities to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, focusing on innovation, cost-effectiveness, quality, and rapid time-to-market.

Take ownership of the full systems development lifecycle. This includes creating high-quality requirements documents, use-cases, designs, and detailed technical artifacts such as test strategies, performance benchmarks, deployment plans, and feasibility studies.

Participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and contribute to the selection of vendor solutions, technologies, methodologies, and frameworks. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on emerging technologies and frameworks, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to the team. Mentor and guide team members throughout the SDLC, ensuring comprehensive test coverage (Unit, System, Integration, Performance) and conducting quality inspections (Reviews, Walkthroughs) for compliance.
