Within People Operations Engineering (POps Eng) or Corp Eng, you'll be instrumental in building intelligent systems, core tooling, and world-leading business solutions. These initiatives enhance Google's talent lifecycle, enterprise productivity, and the overall efficiency of Googler operations, creating a more helpful Google for everyone.

You will be responsible for writing and maintaining high-quality product or system development code. Collaboration is key, involving participation in design and code reviews to uphold best practices in areas like style guidelines, code integrity, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.

Your role will also involve contributing to and updating documentation and educational content, adapting it to reflect product changes and user feedback. Additionally, you will be tasked with triaging and resolving product or system issues by analyzing their root causes and impact on hardware, network, or service operations.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. You should have at least one year of experience in software development using languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript. A solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, with one year of experience, is also essential.

We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: Machine Learning, AI algorithms, AI platforms, or Generative AI Agents. Familiarity with distributed processing and distributed systems is also a core requirement for this position.
