We seek a Software Engineer II to contribute to our mission of enhancing digital payments and driving technological advancements.

As a Software Engineer II, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications within a cloud environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

A key aspect of this role involves integrating AI technologies across the Software Development Lifecycle. This includes leveraging prompt engineering, generative AI, and AI-powered tools to boost engineering productivity, code quality, testing, and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will also encompass participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes, supporting operational excellence through monitoring and incident response, and conducting research into emerging technologies. You will contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements, engage in agile ceremonies, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining awareness of modern software development trends.

We are looking for candidates with 4-6 years of professional software development experience, possessing strong proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Boot. A solid understanding of Azure, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and DevOps methodologies is essential.

Candidates should have experience with both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases, along with a firm grasp of SQL and data modeling. Familiarity with modern AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT is required.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is necessary. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are vital for collaborating with global teams and delivering high-quality code and documentation.
