Design and develop scalable microservices using Java 8+ and Object-Oriented SOLID principles, leveraging technologies like Spring Boot and Event-Driven Architecture. Implement solutions within a CI/CD environment utilizing Pivotal Cloud Foundry. Select and implement appropriate persistence mechanisms (RDBMS, NoSQL) based on project needs. Adhere to coding best practices and program norms, performing proofs-of-concept as required. Collaborate effectively with various Mastercard teams to ensure project success and embrace Agile methodologies. Provide technical mentorship and training to junior developers.

Demonstrate strong full-stack development skills with a passion for technology and in-depth product development knowledge. Possess robust expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with Event-Driven Architecture experience being a significant advantage. Experience in Online/Real-Time Systems development, CI/CD, and familiarity with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and Digital Native Architecture are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, quick learning abilities, and technical mentoring capabilities are essential.
