As a Software Engineer, you will own critical aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and database design to application development, testing, and deployment. You will architect and build scalable enterprise solutions, incorporating AI-infused features and Agentic Solutions to elevate user experience and productivity. Your contributions will directly support the Commercial Sales Experiences organization, enabling key seller roles with innovative applications and engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities include contributing to end-to-end software development, designing and implementing robust application components, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. You will also be instrumental in establishing and enforcing best practices for code quality, performance, and service reliability, while driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, coupled with at least 5 years of engineering experience. Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python is essential. Experience in building commercial software, applying cloud development principles (microservices, DevOps), and working with enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure PaaS services, is highly valued.

Preferred qualifications include a proven track record of shipping successful software products, strong technical command of .NET, Microservices, REST APIs, React, and automated testing frameworks. Experience with next-generation AI development tools and building intelligent agents using Azure AI services is a significant advantage. Familiarity with global agile teams and a strong customer focus are also key attributes for success in this role.
