You will create and implement code for products, services, and features, reusing code where applicable. Provide feedback on architecture proposals and explore design options, outlining their strengths and weaknesses. Collaborate with architects to build and modify features, contributing to design documents and refining product capabilities based on analysis. Build foundational platform components, champion customer-centric development by engaging with users and product teams, and lead live site excellence for large-scale distributed systems, ensuring high reliability and performance standards.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required, along with at least 3 years of technical engineering experience, including coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. You should have 3+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production-grade software and services at scale. Expertise in solving complex technical challenges within distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure, developer platforms, or cloud services is preferred. Experience engaging with customers during integration or deployment phases is also a plus. Ability to meet Microsoft's security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check, is essential.
