As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to our customer experience strategy by consistently innovating and solving complex problems. You'll be instrumental in designing and developing reusable, scalable microservices using Java 8+ and Object-Oriented SOLID principles, leveraging frameworks like Spring Boot and technologies such as Event-Driven Architecture.

You will work within a CI/CD environment utilizing Pivotal Cloud Foundry, selecting appropriate persistence mechanisms (RDBMS, NoSQL), and implementing coding best practices with code quality gates. The role involves conducting Proofs-of-Concept, coordinating with various Mastercard groups, and actively participating in an Agile environment. Additionally, you'll provide technical mentoring and training to junior developers.

We are looking for a passionate technologist with strong Full Stack Developer skills and in-depth product development knowledge. Essential expertise includes Java and Spring Boot, with experience in Event-Driven Architecture being a valuable asset. You should have a proven track record in Online/Real-Time Systems development and CI/CD practices.

Experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and Digital Native Architecture is desirable. Excellent communication, quick learning abilities, and technical mentoring skills are also key requirements for this role.
