Your role will encompass the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and ongoing support of scalable enterprise solutions. You will be instrumental in developing AI-infused applications and Agentic Solutions, enhancing user experiences and driving business outcomes. A key focus will be on enforcing robust engineering practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key responsibilities include contributing to end-to-end development, designing application components and services aligned with architectural standards, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. You will also play a crucial role in establishing quality assurance practices, building production reliability, and driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

We are seeking experienced engineers with a strong foundation in enterprise application development. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, coupled with at least 5 years of engineering experience, is required. Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python is essential.

Preferred qualifications include extensive experience building commercial software and shipping successful products, along with a deep understanding of cloud development principles, microservices, and DevOps. Expertise in C#, .NET, REST APIs, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and automated testing frameworks is highly valued. Experience leveraging AI development tools and building applications with Azure AI services is a significant plus.
