As a Software Engineer II-2 within the Data Governance & Regulations (DGR) program, you will contribute to a team focused on ensuring Mastercard's compliance with global privacy regulations. The DGR Applications Development Team is a self-organizing, cross-functional unit equipped with all necessary skills to deliver shippable increments. Team members include developers, testers, analysts, architects, writers, and designers, working collaboratively without a dictated hierarchy to achieve common goals.

Develop and install software solutions that align with business requirements, demonstrating excellent technology skills. Evaluate analysis, problem definition, requirements, and proposed solutions to determine operational feasibility. Design software solutions by understanding information needs, conferring with users, and analyzing system flows, data usage, and work processes. Investigate and resolve problem areas, adhering to the full software development lifecycle. Document solutions comprehensively with flowcharts, diagrams, clear code, and comments. Prepare and install solutions by defining system specifications, standards, and programming guidelines.

Enhance operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending policy and procedural improvements. Maintain information confidentiality and protect operations. Provide insights by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. Achieve engineering and organizational objectives by delivering impactful results. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies, alongside MC Core Competencies.
