As a Software Engineer I on the Transaction Stream team, you will contribute as a Full Stack Developer using Java for switching solutions. You'll be involved in enhancing platform quality through automation, CI/CD practices, and overall quality initiatives.

Your role will involve coordinating effectively with various internal Mastercard groups to ensure project success. You will also manage communication and collaboration between distributed teams across different locations, fostering a cohesive development environment.

We are seeking a talented Developer with good experience in Agile projects and a solid understanding of product development across the full stack, encompassing databases, messaging, UI, and reporting. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and containerization (PaaS) is essential.

Ideal candidates will have experience in online/real-time or batch development, along with a proven track record in CI and CD practices. A result-oriented mindset with strong automation experience and a commitment to code quality are highly valued. Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) is a significant advantage. Strong communication skills are a must for this collaborative role.
