A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside 8 years of programming experience in C++.

Demonstrated experience of 5 years in software design and architecture, including the successful testing and launch of software products. Familiarity with data structures and algorithms is essential, with 8 years of experience preferred.

Experience in a technical leadership capacity, guiding project teams and setting technical direction for 5 years, is highly desirable. Additionally, 3 years of experience working within complex, matrixed organizations on cross-functional projects is a plus.
