As a Software Engineer, you will actively participate in the design and implementation of robust engineering systems, adhering to best practices. You will share your technical expertise and learnings with your team, other Microsoft product groups, and the wider OSS community. Continuously enhance our delivery capabilities by contributing to process improvements. Stay abreast of industry trends and security/scalability standards to lead and influence critical design decisions. Experience with Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, .NET Framework), Web API, and SQL Azure is essential. Familiarity with multiple product release cycles and automation languages (PowerShell, Python, C#, OpenSource) is expected. Participate in daily scrums and status meetings, representing your feature ownership.

We are looking for engineers with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical professional experience. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional software development experience is required. Strong communication and collaboration skills are paramount, alongside a solid understanding of design patterns and their effective application. Experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex web applications, with a focus on pluggable micro frontend UI Architecture, is crucial. Proficiency in .NET Core and microservice-based architecture, along with hands-on experience in cloud technologies like App Service, Service Bus, Functions, and DevOps, is mandatory. Database experience with Azure Cosmos DB or Azure SQL is preferred. Independent work on design and code reviews to maintain high standards is expected. Familiarity with single-page architecture and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Redux, Saga, Node.js, HTML, and CSS is necessary.
