As a Software Engineer focused on DevSecOps, your responsibilities will include:

- Contributing to an Agile delivery model (SAFe Framework), actively participating in sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives within your Scrum team. - Fostering close collaboration with onshore engineering teams to deliver features, resolve defects, and ensure seamless integration throughout the delivery lifecycle. - Designing, developing, and maintaining robust solutions across a diverse technology stack. - Providing essential support for critical live systems, guaranteeing optimal performance, resilience, and adherence to enterprise standards and controls. - Driving continuous improvement by contributing to engineering best practices, advancing automation efforts, and refining processes to enhance delivery efficiency and overall quality.

We are seeking a technically proficient and collaborative Software Engineer with a proven ability to excel in complex, enterprise-scale environments. Key qualifications include:

- Demonstrated experience in enterprise CI/CD and Release Engineering. - Proficiency with Ansible and Atlassian tools. - Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles. - Practical experience in Scripting and Automation, including API integration, Python, and Groovy. - Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools. - Hands-on experience working with Linux operating systems. - Experience operating within Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a preference for SAFe. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities coupled with a proactive ownership mindset. - Excellent ability to collaborate effectively within distributed team settings.

Desirable experience includes containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), exposure to payment systems or financial services, and supporting mission-critical, high-availability platforms.
