Provide Level 2 support for CEGID Y2 POS applications in a 24/7 retail production environment. Monitor backend interfaces and perform root cause analysis for application issues. Implement, develop, and analyze solutions, interacting with process owners and SMEs. Address L2 fixes related to Sales, Store Operations, Inventory Management, Loyalty, Pricing, and Promotions.

Requires core functional understanding of CEGID Y2 POS and general POS applications. Experience in production support, including incident, request, and change management (ITIL) is essential. Proficiency in SQL and ServiceNow ticketing tool is a plus. CEGID certification is an added advantage.
