We require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 1-2 years of software development experience in languages such as Java, C++, Python, Go, or JavaScript. Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, and testing, is essential.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD, experience with data structures, algorithms, automated testing, and troubleshooting complex production issues. The ability to understand system architecture and identify opportunities for technical debt reduction is also highly valued.
