- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable cloud services and microservices for Azure Managed Redis. - Lead platform modernization efforts using technologies like AKS, .NET, and cloud-native architectures. - Take full ownership of services, from initial design through live-site operations. - Implement and champion secure-by-default engineering practices. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and product managers, across global locations. - Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and operational accountability.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, coupled with at least 7 years of technical engineering experience. - Proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. - Demonstrated experience in building and operating large-scale production services, with a strong understanding of cloud services, networking, APIs, and storage systems. - Proven ability to debug complex production issues and conduct thorough root-cause analysis. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, telemetry, and operational best practices is highly desirable. - Must meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
