Expertise in AI-native development, including Agent Harnesses, authoring specifications, orchestrating agentic workflows, and rigorously reviewing agent-generated code, is paramount. Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and scalable systems are necessary, as is hands-on experience building, testing, and debugging production software using LLMs. Excellent problem-solving, technical judgment, and communication skills are vital.
