This role involves developing expertise in the Automotive Electrical and Electronic Domain, including wiring knowledge. You will be responsible for understanding end-user issues and providing timely solutions, with experience in PLM-related tool support being beneficial.

Key duties include delivering in-house and online tool training, creating audio-visual training materials for user manuals, and interacting with global teams to understand various interface applications. You will also document and communicate your findings using Confluence and Jira, and work closely with clients to understand process and functional changes.

An intermediate understanding of automotive release processes is expected, alongside a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement. The ability to effectively communicate technical information will be crucial for success in this position.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience in service operation or testing is required. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills are essential.

Exposure to reporting tools is beneficial for this role. While not strictly mandatory, German language proficiency is considered an added advantage, enabling more effective performance and interaction.
