Seeking a skilled Software Development Specialist Advisor to contribute to our Oracle EBS projects. This role involves ensuring the quality and integrity of our Oracle applications through comprehensive testing and validation strategies. You will play a crucial part in the successful implementation and ongoing support of our Oracle environments, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing robust test plans and test cases for Oracle EBS modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and SCM (PO, OM, INV, WIP, BOM).

You will perform detailed functional, backend, and RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) testing. Additionally, you will validate integrations using Web Services, APIs, and SOA, and write complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data validation and troubleshooting.

Effective defect management using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or Bugzilla is essential. You will also maintain critical documentation, including traceability matrices and AIM methodology documents, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with technical teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in QA, Business Analysis, or Implementation support specifically within Oracle EBS environments.

Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including the ability to write and debug complex queries and packages, is a must. Demonstrable knowledge of financial accounting, supply chain processes (O2C or P2P cycles), and experience with Oracle Workflow Builder, BI/XML Publisher, and automated testing frameworks are highly valued.
