Join our dynamic IT Product and Delivery team as a Software Development Specialist, focusing on PMO functions. This role is crucial for enhancing project governance, portfolio reporting, delivery tracking, resource optimization, financial oversight, and stakeholder communication across a spectrum of technology initiatives. We seek individuals with robust program management support skills, sharp analytical abilities, and demonstrated experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Spearhead project and portfolio governance, ensuring adherence to project management standards and organizational frameworks. Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues meticulously. Facilitate essential project reviews, steering committee meetings, and governance forums, while maintaining clear visibility through portfolio dashboards.

Monitor project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for schedule, scope, budget, quality, and resource utilization. Develop comprehensive status reports and executive dashboards, analyzing performance to identify potential delivery risks and bottlenecks. Drive timely escalation of critical issues and ensure closure of action items.

Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial variance reports. Support annual planning and portfolio forecasting activities. Monitor resource allocation and utilization, assisting with capacity and demand management. Maintain RAID logs and support audit and compliance requirements.

Coordinate effectively with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership. Prepare presentation materials and ensure clear communication of portfolio status, risks, and key decisions. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve delivery challenges.

Identify and implement improvements in PMO processes, tools, and governance frameworks. Drive standardization of project management practices and reporting templates. Support Agile transformation and continuous improvement programs, leveraging automation for reporting.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Program Management Office, or IT Delivery Management.

A strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is essential. Proven experience supporting Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery methodologies is a must. Demonstrated expertise in project tracking, portfolio management, and executive reporting is critical.
