Key responsibilities include providing strong hands-on support and operations for Managed File Transfer using IBM Sterling File Gateway. This involves configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting secure file-transfer workflows, onboarding partners, and managing file routing. You will handle scheduling, retries, reprocessing, and failure resolution, while diagnosing transfer failures, connectivity issues, and certificate problems. Production incident support, root cause analysis (RCA), and change implementation are also integral parts of this role. Effective coordination with application, infrastructure, security, vendor, and business teams is essential.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in MFT support, secure file transfer, or enterprise file-exchange platforms is required. You should possess practical knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, certificates, encryption, authentication, and access control. The ability to troubleshoot various transfer and connectivity issues is crucial. This position requires full-time, on-site presence in NTT Data offices in Bangalore, Noida, or Hyderabad, with adherence to a 24x7 shift roster.
