This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing critical tool stacks, and ensuring the smooth operation of software development lifecycles. You will be instrumental in driving upgrades, supporting production environments, and collaborating with clients.

Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery. You will manage upgrades and patching for essential tools like Atlassian and Nexus, ensuring system integrity.

Engage in daily client meetings to provide updates on ticket progress and participate in production support calls to resolve DevOps-related issues. Proactively monitor system stacks to guarantee the success of automated builds and deployments.

Support the entire application lifecycle from conception to release, and participate in on-call rotations to provide essential support when needed.

A strong foundation in Unix/Linux environments and CI/CD principles is essential. Expertise in AWS EKS, various AWS tools, and infrastructure provisioning with Terraform is required.

Proficiency in scripting and development languages such as Java, Python, Bash, Groovy, or Go is necessary. Deep understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes/EKS, including hands-on experience with Kubernetes commands and container management, is crucial.

Experience with build management using Maven, CI/CD tools like Bamboo, and defect tracking systems such as Jira is expected. Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira and ServiceNow, alongside monitoring tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, and log analysis tools like Splunk, is also vital. Experience in creating and modifying dashboards and monitors within these tools is a plus.
