NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Software Development Specialist to join our team in Noida. This role focuses on providing expert support for Cardiology applications, ensuring their seamless operation and availability. You will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing a critical portfolio of cardiac service applications, contributing to efficient healthcare delivery.

Provide essential Level 2 production support for Cardiology applications, including Lumedx, CCW, Syngo, Muse, Paceart, and Epic-adjacent systems. Monitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage incidents to meet stringent SLAs. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and contribute to automation solutions for operational efficiency. This role also involves managing small enhancement projects and supporting knowledge transfer activities.

A strong background in supporting healthcare or Cardiology applications is essential, along with proven experience in production support and incident management. Candidates should possess excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with familiarity in application monitoring, interface support, and server maintenance. Experience with automation initiatives and the ability to work flexible hours, including rotational and on-call duties, are also important.
