Join our team as a Software Development Specialist and play a key role in our CI/CD initiatives. This position focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth application development and deployment lifecycles.

We are seeking a proactive individual to drive upgrades and patching for our essential DevOps tools, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our development environment.

This role involves active participation in client meetings, production support, and continuous monitoring to guarantee the successful operation of automated builds and deployments.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, focusing on ticket resolution within this domain.

Execute upgrades and patching activities for critical DevOps tools like Gitlab, Nexus, and Sonarqube.

Participate in daily client meetings, providing clear updates on ticket progress.

Engage in production support calls to effectively address DevOps-related challenges.

Continuously monitor systems to ensure the flawless functioning of automated builds and deployments.

Support the entire application lifecycle, from initial concept through to release.

Be available for on-call rotation to provide timely support.

Mandatory hands-on experience with Gitlab, Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.

Strong proficiency in ITIL principles and comprehensive Unix/Linux knowledge, coupled with expertise in CI/CD pipelines.

Demonstrated expertise in AWS EKS, MSK, Gitlab, Helm Charts, and related AWS tools and methodologies.

Proficiency in scripting and development languages such as Java, Python, Bash, Groovy, or Go.

Solid understanding of containerization technologies and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes commands, HPA, and container management.

Good understanding of build tools like Maven, NPM, Python, and Golang, with practical experience in creation and modification.

Experience with ticket management systems like Jira and ServiceNow.

Expertise in monitoring tools like Datadog and Dynatrace, and log analysis tools like Splunk, including dashboard creation and modification.
