Provide hands-on production support for InterSystems HealthShare, Ensemble, and IRIS platforms. Troubleshoot and debug ObjectScript, HL7 v2 interfaces, FHIR, and REST APIs. Diagnose and resolve issues related to message queues, routing, transformations, and connectivity. Perform end-to-end tracing of integrations. Analyze logs, monitor interfaces, handle alerts, and conduct operational health checks. Manage incidents, document resolutions, and participate in on-call support rotations.

Requires strong experience in production support with InterSystems platforms and ObjectScript. Deep understanding of InterSystems Productions, including Business Services, Processes, and Operations. Expertise in troubleshooting HL7 v2 interfaces, with working knowledge of FHIR and REST APIs. Familiarity with healthcare integration concepts and interface engines. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving various integration failures. Working knowledge of Cache/IRIS database fundamentals, Linux/Unix environments, and Apache Web Server is essential. Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow and supporting business-critical production environments is mandatory.
