Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo. Drive upgrades and patching activities for essential DevOps tools such as Gitlab, Nexus, and Sonarqube. Participate in daily client meetings, providing timely updates on assigned tickets. Engage in production support calls to swiftly resolve DevOps-related issues. Continuously monitor system stacks to ensure automated builds and deployments function seamlessly. Support the application lifecycle from initial ideation through to successful release. Participate in on-call rotations to provide essential support and address urgent matters.

Mandatory hands-on experience with Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo is required. Proficiency in managing and upgrading DevOps tools including Gitlab (Self Hosted), Nexus, and Sonarqube. Strong understanding of ITIL Principles and solid Unix/Linux knowledge are essential. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, AWS EKS, MSK, Helm Charts, and other AWS tools is crucial. Skilled in development or scripting languages such as Java, Python, Bash, Groovy, or Go. In-depth knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes/EKS. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes commands, HPA, and container management. Familiarity with build tools like Maven, NPM, Python, and Golang, including creation and modification of builds. Experience with ticket management systems like Jira and ServiceNow. Proficiency in monitoring tools (Datadog, Dynatrace) and log analysis tools (Splunk), including dashboard creation and modification.
